How do we work?

We are an international Scrum team of Full Stack Software Engineers working with React.js, Python, and Google Cloud Platform. We build and optimize registration flows and onboarding forms used by our clients for a seamless, secure onboarding experience.

We place a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, autonomy, cross-team collaboration, and clean architecture. We work in a hybrid model in Cracow, Zabłocie.

As a Regular Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• •Design, build, and maintain dynamic onboarding forms and registration workflows using React.js and Python (FastAPI) .
• •Integrate third-party vendor services (APIs/SDKs) and collaborate closely with external providers and internal teams across the organization.
• •Independently own tasks end-to-end — from technical analysis and problem-solving to production deployment.
• •Ensure clear communication in English across cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and business partners.
• •Write clean, testable, and efficient code adhering to software engineering best practices (SOLID, Clean Code).
• •Utilize modern developer tooling (including Claude Code and AI assistants) to streamline development, refactoring, and process automation.
• •Actively participate in team technical discussions and continuously improve our system architecture.

What skillset you need to be successful in this role:

• •Proven commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer working with React.js and Python.
• •Strong English communication skills (B2/C1+) for daily collaboration in a multicultural environment and cross-team alignment.
• •High degree of autonomy, ownership, and a self-driven attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.
• •Solid understanding of core software engineering concepts, system architecture, and debugging in cloud environments.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• •AI-assisted engineering workflows and CLI tools like Claude Code .
• •Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms.
• •Third-party vendor API integrations (e.g., identity verification, payment gateways, e-signature).
• •Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and Infrastructure as Code (IaC, e.g., Terraform).
• •Automated testing tools (Cypress, Playwright, PyTest) to maintain system reliability.
