About the Role:

We are looking for a Validation Engineer to perform system-level and end-to-end testing of automotive software and connected vehicle features. The role involves test strategy development, test automation, HIL/SIL validation, CAN communication testing, OTA and cybersecurity validation, and defect analysis to ensure high-quality software releases.

What You Will Do:

Author and manage PRD, IRS, SRS, and TRS requirements for product development.

Decompose and structure requirements, ensuring complete traceability from requirements to testing.

Maintain requirement baselines, change management, and release mapping using DOORS, Polarion, Jama, or similar tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, analyze, and implement requirements.

Ensure compliance with ASPICE SYS.2, quality standards, and engineering governance processes.

What You Need to Be Successful:

System-level & E2E validation

Test strategy & test case design

Automation tools (Selenium, Appium)

CANoe & automotive tools

HIL/SIL experience

OTA & cybersecurity validation

Defect tracking & root cause analysis

What Makes You Eligible:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
