We're building the self-maintaining source of truth for the AI-native company , the context repository that keeps company knowledge structured, up-to-date, permission-aware, and ready for every AI agent.

We hire people who are exceptionally talented, obsessed by the vision, and set on doing the best work of their lives.

The Opportunity

You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our founders and first full-time hires on real product, shipped to real users. No busywork, no side projects kept far from the codebase.

Depending on your strengths, you go deep in one of four areas:

Database: The data model, versioning, and consistency at the core of the context repository.

Platform: The DevOps backbone: Deployment, scalability, and reliability that keep the platform fast and always up.

Product: The surfaces where users control access controls, run change reviews, and shape their context.

Applied AI: MCP clients, evals, and the agent workflows that turn the repository into something AI can actually use.

We're already live with 15+ design partners and launching v1 in Q3 2026. The architecture, the product, and the category are still being decided. You'll help decide them.

What You’ll Do

Own at least one project end to end, from idea and design to shipping and iterating on user feedback

Ship features across the stack in TypeScript or Python, in the area that fits you best

Move fast and keep quality high: write tests, sharpen interfaces, and leave the codebase better than you found it

Take real responsibility from week one and push your work over the line yourself

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

Have raw drive and outwork the room, because you want to, not because anyone asks

Love distributed systems and hard logic problems, and chase the root of things

Turn research and theory into production-grade product

Are endlessly curious and pragmatic, and obsessed with making AI truly useful

Want ownership and the pressure that comes with it, in a fast-paced early-stage team
