Seit über 50 Jahren engagieren wir uns als „Freunde der Erziehungskunst Rudolf Steiners e. V.“ für Waldorf-Initiativen weltweit, koordinieren Freiwilligendienste und helfen mit unserer Notfallpädagogik in Krisengebieten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Softwareentwicklungsteams am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir Dich als Fachkraft mit Erfahrung in KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung .

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du konzipierst, entwickelst und betreibst KI-Agenten sowie KI-gestützte Workflows.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb unserer internen Softwarelösungen.
  • Du unterstützt unser Softwareentwicklungsteam im technischen Support.
  • Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
  • Du bist begeistert von KI und hast bereits Erfahrung in der KI-gestützten Softwareentwicklung.
  • Du hast sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und arbeitest lösungsorientiert.
  • Du bist Muttersprachler\*in oder beherrschst die deutsche Sprache auf C2-Niveau.
