ARM 軟體產品經理負責以軟體價值驅動 Arm 產品的市場競爭力與銷售成長。此角色將規劃 ARM 軟體藍圖 ，整合 BSP、Launcher、Container 與 Add-on Applications，並將軟體價值有效傳遞給內外部客戶。透過定義差異化功能與產品策略，協助客戶快速理解軟體價值與應用場景，推動公司在嵌入式與AIoT領域的軟硬整合發展。未來期望能成為引領 ARM 軟體產品方向的關鍵推動者，打造具競爭力的軟體解決方案生態系。
工作內容
- 掌握以軟體價值，驅動 ARM 產品銷售與市場導向。
- 規劃 ARM 軟體藍圖 (BSP, BSP Launcher, Container & Add-on Application)，並對內外客戶 (RBU & KA) 進行教育、傳承與行銷。
- 定義軟體產品差異化 (BSP, Linux Features, SDK, Container, Security, AI Framework)。
- 能聽懂並分析客戶在軟體層面的需求。
- 具備軟體價值溝通能力，能將技術轉化為市場語言。
- 產出淺顯易懂的軟體架構與價值說明，並與 PM、銷售團隊合作，解決客戶痛點。
必要條件
- 資訊工程、電子、電機或相關科系畢業。
- 熟悉 Linux、BSP、SDK 或嵌入式軟體架構。
- 具備良好的產品規劃與專案協調能力。
- 優秀的中英文溝通與簡報能力。
- 能理解技術細節並轉化為市場與客戶可理解的價值。
