Being an important part of our Product Design team based in Istanbul, Software Product Design Engineer (Product Owner) are responsible for turning our customers’ network automation and management requirements into solutions. They prototype our telecommunication software products, define their specifications, design their user interfaces and follow up end to end development process.

Job Description:

Extract business use cases, do analyze the value, validate studies, and provide a competitive roadmap

Conduct presentation/demonstration to the potential customers by providing technical details and value offers about the network management solutions

Develop technical specification documents for network management products based on mobile operators’ requirements & needs worldwide

Design user interfaces, back-end structure, usage workflow, concept sketches, and high-fidelity wireframes by using design tools

Test and validate solutions based on technical requirements and user experience

Track issues over Issue Tracking Solutions and keep the knowledge database updated

Collaborate with the development, integration, quality assurance, project management and customer support departments to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend viable solutions.

Organize product design reviews meetings with subject matter experts (SME) to validate requirements analysis and proposed solutions

Required Qualifications:

Having an engineering degree in relevant university departments such as Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Computer, or Software Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in the mobile telecommunication field

Hands-on experience with various mobile network management products including network optimization, planning, self-organized network, geo-location, performance management, configuration management, fault management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must

Strong product mindset, passionate about experiencing new technologies and applying to business for improvements

Understanding fundamental database concepts and good command of SQL is a plus

User-experience and user interface design experience is a plus
