OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Serve as the first line of support via phone and email for customers experiencing issues with our Invar Warehouse System (IWS) software.
• •Collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues with IWS software packages.
• •Maintain, track, and escalate support tickets as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
• •Monitor customer production environments to identify and proactively address potential issues.
• •Assist in testing new software releases and custom implementations, providing valuable feedback to the development team.
• •Set up internal development PCs and test servers to support new implementations.
• •Travel to customer sites (up to 25%) to deliver hands-on, on-site support, including commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automated warehouse equipment.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• •A recommended degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• •A working knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required) and experience with Windows environments (required).
• •Experience with C# .NET is a plus.
• •An ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

WORK CONDITIONS

• •Travel up to 25% annually (domestic and international)
• •Participate in the team’s ongoing 24/7 support of Invar customers (compensation provided).
