Die Position (Aufgabenbereich):

  • Programmierung von CNC, PLC und HMI
  • Programmierung Hard- und Software der hauseigenen CNC-Steuerungen (Beckhoff, B&R, unipos)
  • Entwicklung und Programmierung von Steuerungskonzepten für Gesamt-Maschinen bis hin zur Anbindung an Laser- und Robotersysteme sowie Anbindung an Datenbanken und übergeordnete Leitsysteme
  • Antriebsoptimierung auf Servo-Regler-Ebene: Inbetriebnahme und Achstuning zum Erreichen höchster Präzision mit Servoregler
  • Konfiguration, Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme unserer Antriebe, Regler und Steuerungen
  • Inbetriebnahme und Testen von Steuerungen und Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Versuchen und Tests
  • Durchführung von Telefonservice, ggf. Fernwartung oder bei Bedarf Kundenservice vor Ort
  • Ihre Qualifikation (Profil):
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker, Industrieelektriker und abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Bachelor/Master
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Beckhoff-Steuerung und der Antriebstechnik
  • Selbständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
