## DAMIT UNTERSTÜTZT DU UNS

  • Entwicklung – Du entwickelst technische Applikationen für industrielle Umgebungen in C++ und Rust: Steuerungs- und Bediensoftware, Werkzeuge zur Datenerfassung und Auswertung, Schnittstellen zu Geräten, Bussystemen und Cloud-Backends – und integrierst sie in die Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden
  • Testautomatisierung – Du baust Testframeworks und Automatisierung mit Python auf, inklusive HIL- und SIL-Umgebungen, und verankerst sie in der CI/CD-Pipeline
  • Durchführung – Du führst automatisierte Tests in verschiedenen Umgebungen durch, überwachst Testläufe, analysierst Fehlerbilder und gehst ihnen bis in den Code nach
  • AI-Assistenten – Du nutzt AI-Assistenten für Code, Tests, Migrationen und Dokumentation. Lizenzen und Infrastruktur stellen wir, das Urteil darüber, was davon in ein Industrieprojekt darf, entwickelst du mit uns weiter
  • Optimierung – Du analysierst Ergebnisse, führst Iterationen durch und machst Verbesserungen an Performance, Stabilität und Testabdeckung messbar

## DAS BRINGST DU FÜR UNS MIT

  • Ein Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, ein vergleichbarer Studiengang – oder eine gleichwertige Praxis
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im C++-Umfeld; erste Projekte in Rust oder klare Motivation, dort einzusteigen, sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Python für Automatisierung und Tooling sowie ein Gespür für saubere, wartbare Testarchitektur
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Testautomatisierung oder in einem angrenzenden technischen Umfeld – bei uns kannst du dich hier gezielt vertiefen
  • Eine fließende Kommunikation im Team auf Deutsch ist für dich eine Leichtigkeit
  • Vor allem aber: Spaß an technischer Software, Lust deine Kenntnisse stetig weiterzuentwickeln und Offenheit gegenüber unterschiedlichen Themen und Technologien
