Der Tester ist verantwortlich für die Sicherung der Qualität und Funktionalität von ServiceNow-Lösungen. Er arbeitet eng mit Entwicklern, Product Ownern und Business Analysten zusammen, um eine reibungslosen Umsetzung von Anforderungen im agilen Umfeld sicherzustellen.

Wesentliche Aufgaben

Ableitung von Testfällen aus User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien

Durchführung der notwendigen Tests innerhalb der ServiceNow-Plattform

Erstellung und Pflege von Testdokumentationen sowie Automatisierung von Testabläufen (z. B. mit dem Automated Test Framework, ATF)

Erfassung, Analyse und Nachverfolgung von Defects in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklern und Product Ownern

Teilnahme an Sprint-Planungen, Reviews und Retrospektiven, um die Qualität im agilen Prozess sicherzustellen

Unterstützung bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Governance- und Compliance-Vorgaben im Testbereich in Abstimmung mit dem Test Manager

Proaktive Identifikation von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Optimierungspotenzialen im Testprozess

Erstellung von Testkonzepten, Testplänen sowie Migrationskonzepten

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer und methodischer Standards (z. B. ISTQB, ITIL, SAFe, IT-Security-Standards)

Erstellen und Pflegen von Test- und Testautomatisierungsumgebungen

Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Verwaltung von Testdaten

Notwendige Skills

Die genannte Person ...

verfügt über fundierte Kenntnisse der ServiceNow-Prozesse und Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierungen (ATF)

besitzt idealerweise relevante Zertifizierungen (z. B. CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CWA)

hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z. B. SAFe, Scrum) und arbeitet sicher mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, MS Office und Miro

zeichnet sich durch hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität aus und übernimmt Aufgaben mit Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortung

Gehalt & Benefits

Vergütung

  • Das jährliche Bruttogehalt beträgt ca. 54.500 €.
  • Eine Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist möglich.
