  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung als Java-Entwickler
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java sowie in Frameworks wie Spring / Spring Boot oder JPA / Hibernate
  • Erfahrung mit skalierbaren Softwarearchitekturen, idealerweise im Microservice-Umfeld
  • Erste Frontend-Erfahrung (z. B. React, Angular) oder DevOps Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du fühlst dich in agilen Methoden wie Scrum wohl und hast Lust, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
