  • Your responsibilities
  • º Support the development of DatLab, our instrument control and data analysis
  • software that forms an integral part of the Oroboros system
  • º Implement new features and resolve issues in DatLab, while acting as an interface
  • between our laboratory scientists, the in-house software development team and
  • external partners
  • º Implement internal quality control procedures and good programming practices to
  • manage workflows, releases and code review
  • º Improve the DatLab data analysis pipeline and develop innovative solutions
  • Your profile
  • º University degree or comparable experience in computer science, software
  • engineering, information technology, or a related field
  • º Strong experience with Python and modern frameworks (React, Angular or Vue) is
  • required
  • º Experience with APIs and SQL databases, data management and interest in data
  • analysis is required
  • º Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: C#, C++, Java, Qt (QML), R,
  • Node.js, PHP, Go, .NET, as well as front-end technologies HTML, CSS or JavaScript
  • º Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team with mitochondrial physiologists and
  • other software developers
  • º Proactive working style, flexibility, the ability to work in a team and strong
  • communication skills are expected
  • º Full working proficiency in English is required, German is a plus
