• Your Qualifications
• •Consulting Excellence: Extensive experience in platform engineering, DevOps and cloud consulting - with a strong ability to advise clients strategically and technically.
• •Strategical & Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical decision-making, guide architecture discussions, and align engineering direction with business goals.
• •Enterprise Architecture: Deep knowledge of designing and implementing large-scale, resilient platform solutions.
• •Infrastructure & Automation: Strong hands-on technical foundation in platform automation, cloud security, and observability.
• •Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and shape strategic technology decisions.
• •Public Speaking & Thought Leadership: Confident in delivering keynotes, presentations, and engaging with the industry.
• •Business & Technical Alignment: Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business objectives.
• •AI-native: You actively use AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, LLM-based workflows) to amplify your productivity and quality, or you're eager to start.
• •Communication: Ability to break down complex topics and explain them in a way that makes sense to both engineers and customers.

• We believe in transparent and fair compensation. For this role, the annual gross salary ranges between € 95.000 and
• € 105.000 - the exact placement depends on the seniority level we assess together during the process.
