Senior Test Automation Engineer (m/w/d)

  • Möchtest du die Zukunft automatisierter Softwaretests aktiv mitgestalten? Als unser Senior Test Automation Engineer (m/w/d) entwickelst du intelligente Automatisierungslösungen, erkundest die Potenziale von KI und Agents und gestaltest die nächste Generation unserer Testautomation.
  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und insbesondere Automatisierung von E2E-, UI-, API- und Integrationstests in einer komplexen Systemlandschaft
  • Entwicklung wartbarer, skalierbarer und wiederverwendbarer Testautomationslösungen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Standards und Best Practices für die Testautomation
  • Analyse von Testergebnissen und Fehlern sowie Unterstützung bei Retests
  • Identifikation und Erprobung sinnvoller KI-Anwendungsfälle und Agents zur Erstellung, Ausführung und Auswertung von Tests
  • Unterstützung des Testmanagements, insbesondere bei Testplanung, -koordination und -reporting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwaretestautomation
  • Fundierte Expertise im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung automatisierter E2E-, UI-, API- und Integrationstests
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Interesse an der Arbeit mit Agents, KI-basierten Lösungen und/oder agentischen Workflows
  • Gute Programmierkenntnisse, z.B. in Java
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP und den damit verbundenen Geschäftsprozessen
  • Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer (m/w/d), der mit einer analytischen Arbeitsweise und eigeninitiativ neue Ansätze ausprobiert und komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich vermittelt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
