  • Entwicklung und Erstellung von SPS‑Programmen mit Schneider PacDrive 3 und Rockwell Steuerungen
  • Hardware-Konfiguration von Controllern, Servoantrieben und I/O‑Systemen
  • Programmierung von Motion-Control‑Funktionen (z.B. Kurvenscheiben, Bahnbewegungen, Synchronisationen)
  • Erstellung und Projektierung von Visualisierungen mit Siemens TIA‑Portal
  • Entwicklung von Sicherheitssoftware
  • Diagnose, Fehlersuche und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen im Werk und beim Kunden
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der SPS‑Programmierung sowie in Motion‑Control-Systemen
  • Besonders wünschenswert: Programmierung in Strukturiertem Text (ST) gemäß IEC 61131‑3
  • Kenntnisse in der Hardware-Konfiguration von Steuerungen, Servos und I/O‑Modulen
  • Kenntnisse in Schneider PacDrive 3, CODESYS‑basierten Steuerungen (z.B. Beckhoff)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Rockwell ControlLogix / Kinetix
  • Erfahrung in der Visualisierungserstellung Siemens TIA‑Portal
  • Know‑how in der Safety Programmierung mit PILZ
  • Fremdsprache Englisch wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an Teamarbeit und gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
