Du hast Spaß an IT, arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und möchtest Arztpraxen bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit unterstützen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams!

Deine Aufgaben:

Installation, Einrichtung und Betreuung unserer Praxissoftware TurboMed

Unterstützung unserer Kunden per Telefon, Fernwartung und direkt vor Ort in den Arztpraxen

Konfiguration von Hard- und Software sowie Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Systeme, in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Technikabteilung

Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen und Erarbeitung passender Lösungen

Vertrieb verschiedenster Hard- und Software aus dem Medizinbereich

Das bringst du mit:

Interesse an IT und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden

Eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Führerschein der Klasse B, da du unsere Kunden auch vor Ort betreust

IT-Kenntnisse sind natürlich von Vorteil, aber kein muss – eine gründliche Einarbeitung ist für uns selbstverständlich
