Wir sind G-ENERGIE GmbH und bringen die Energiewende in unserer Region aktiv voran. Mit einem starken Team installieren wir moderne Photovoltaikanlagen auf privaten und gewerblichen Dächern. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten Solarmonteur (m/w/d)!

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Montage von Unterkonstruktionen auf Steil- und Flachdächern
  • Installation von Solarmodulen inklusive der Leitungsverlegung bis zum Wechselrichter
  • Einrichtung von DC-Verkabelungen unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Wartung , Service und Fehlerbehebung an bestehenden PV-Anlagen
  • Abstimmung der Arbeitsabläufe im Team und Dokumentation der Montageschritte

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung: Eine handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. als Dachdecker, Zimmermann, Elektriker) ist von Vorteil, aber auch Quereinsteigende mit handwerklichem Geschick sind willkommen.
  • Höhentauglichkeit: Sicheres und schwindelfreies Arbeiten auf Dächern und Gerüsten ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Soft Skills: Du arbeitest zuverlässig, bist teamfähig und hast ein kundenorientiertes Auftreten.
  • Fitness: Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit für die Arbeit im Freien.
  • Mobilität: Führerschein der Klasse B (wünschenswert, aber kein Muss)
