Mitarbeiter für die Montage von Photovoltaikanlagen (m/w/d) – auch Quereinsteiger

Für die Montage und Installation von Photovoltaikanlagen suchen wir ein bis zwei motivierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Montage von Unterkonstruktionen und PV-Modulen auf Dachflächen
  • Verlegung von Leitungen und Unterstützung bei der Installation der Anlagen
  • Mithilfe bei Anschluss Arbeiten unter Anleitung einer Elektrofachkraft, oder selbstständiges Arbeiten wenn Kenntnisse vorhanden sind

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Schwindelfreiheit und sicheres Bewegen auf Dachflächen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft, neue Aufgaben zu erlernen und tatkräftig mit anzupacken

Erfahrung im Dachbereich oder elektrische Vorkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen. Entscheidend sind Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Freude an praktischer Arbeit.
