How you’ll help us make health happen:

· Lead the design, development and governance of solution architectures across Oracle Health Insurance and related healthcare technology initiatives.

· Define target-state architectures, technical standards, design principles and technology roadmaps.

· Produce and govern key architecture artefacts including solution designs, architecture decision records and integration strategies.

· Act as the technical authority for Oracle Health Insurance, providing expert guidance to business and technology stakeholders.

· Lead architecture assessments, solution option analysis and feasibility studies that support strategic investment decisions.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Delivery Managers, Enterprise Architects and third-party partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Define and govern integrations across enterprise platforms including Oracle Health Insurance, Salesforce, Azure services, APIs and healthcare systems.

· Drive architecture governance, ensuring solutions meet security, regulatory, privacy and operational requirements.

· Support engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, promoting architecture best practice, innovation and continuous improvement.

· Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

We're interested in hearing from experienced Solution Architects who can demonstrate:

· Extensive experience in solution architecture, systems design or large-scale technology delivery environments.

· Proven experience leading architecture across complex programmes and multiple delivery streams.

· Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks and technology strategy.

· Experience translating business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technology solutions.

· Expertise in cloud platforms and modern integration approaches, including REST APIs, event-driven architectures and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

· Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

· Experience working within health insurance, healthcare or highly regulated industries would be advantageous.

· Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
