Solutioning Consultant/Sr. Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, client-facing Solutioning Consultant to join our Presales team. This is not a traditional sales support role. You will be expected to think like a consultant, communicate like a strategist, and execute like a practitioner. You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their talent supply chain challenges, translate those into compelling product solutions, and support the team in winning deals.

Responsibilities :

• •Participate across the full deal lifecycle — from requirement gathering and discovery to solution design, proposal development, and client sign-off
• •Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges, current-state processes, and strategic priorities
• •Translate client requirements into solution narratives and product positioning artefacts
• •Collaborate with internal solutioning, product, and sales teams to design tailored solutions that map to client needs and product capabilities
• •Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs with well-researched, solution-oriented responses
• •Support the preparation of sales collateral including pitch decks, solution briefs, and capability documents
• •Set up and maintain demo environments; troubleshoot instance issues to ensure smooth demo readiness
• •Support the design and execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring outcomes are clearly documented and presented
• •Act as a liaison between sales, technical, and client teams — ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• •Conduct presentations and walkthroughs to communicate solution ideas, findings, and recommendations to both internal and client stakeholders
• •Conduct industry and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the talent tech and HRtech space
• •Prioritize initiatives and tasks based on business needs, deal urgency, and stakeholder requirements
• •Monitor progress on assigned deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality completion
• •Proactively flag risks or gaps in solution design and work with the team to resolve them

Experience & Background

• •3 to 4.5 years of experience in presales, business analysis, solutioning, or a client-facing consulting role — preferably in a B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or enterprise software environment
• •Demonstrated experience supporting or driving the presales process — RFPs, demos, POCs, or solution documentation
• •Exposure to enterprise clients and senior stakeholder interactions is a strong plus

Technical Skills : Strong hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar tools for research, drafting white papers, and productivity.
