The role, in one line

You will help Payhawk win new customers and grow existing ones by bringing product and accounting-systems expertise to our GTM teams.

What you will own

Develop and maintain expertise in the features of every Payhawk product and how customers use them in practice.

Take part in RFI and RFP processes and answer the technical questions they raise.

Deliver personalised live product demos, including integration demos, workflows, and other complex use cases.

Design, validate, and document a product configuration and implementation strategy to share with prospective customers.

Provide expertise in accounting, accounting systems, or both.

Partner with Sales teams to enable them and give them the accounting context that drives new business revenue.

Partner with the local marketing team by attending marketing events and supporting content reviews.

Collect and analyse feedback from prospective customers, and share it with customer success, engineering, and product management to drive the product roadmap.

What you will need

Must-have

At least 5 years in an ERP implementation role (for example Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) or a similar finance role (for example Financial Controller or Head of Finance).

Native-level French.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

The ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts that solve their problems.

The ability to balance multiple competing priorities.

Comfort working in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

A passion for problem-solving.

Nice-to-have

A professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

Experience in both pre-sales and implementation.
