About You and This Role

  • As a Solutions Engineer at Robust.AI, you will join a small, fast-paced team responsible
  • for designing robotic solutions for warehouse and fulfillment operations. You will work
  • closely with Sales and directly with prospective and existing customers to understand
  • their operations, analyze data, develop system concepts, and demonstrate how
  • Robust.AI's AMR, Carter, can improve their business.
  • This role combines warehouse engineering, data analysis, simulation, and customer
  • engagement. You will help develop solutions throughout the sales cycle, from initial
  • discovery and site visits through system design, simulation, proposal development, and
  • technical validation.
  • We are looking for someone who enjoys solving open-ended engineering problems, can
  • work across multiple customer projects, and is comfortable turning imperfect real-world
  • information into practical, data-driven solutions.
