The SOP Specialist will be responsible to design and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Optima HiTL and HoTL operations in Amazon. This role plays a critical part in supporting the development and evaluation of LLM models through SOP content strategy and associated annotation workflow development in close partnership with Product Managers, Data Scientists, SDEs, and other cross-functional teams. If you have a passion for writing clear, precise instructions and thrive in a fast-paced environment with agile deadlines, this role is a great fit for you. Basic qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field
  • - Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership, or experience with external customer interaction
  • - Knowledge of MS-Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • - Knowledge of HTML at the intermediate level
  • - Experience in project management
  • - 1+ years experience in Technical writing

Preferred qualifications

  • - Master's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field
  • - Experience in building content for AI models
