Position Summary:

The Sorter role is responsible for verifying, scanning, and organizing parts to ensure accurate sequencing and proper placement within designated locations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production flow, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities:
• •Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standard work instructions at all times
• •Verify and scan parts to ensure correct sequencing and placement
• •Confirm all totes and containers are empty prior to processing and documentation
• •Ensure containers are staged accurately in designated locations
• •Perform visual quality checks on packaging and materials
• •Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all sorting activities
• •Support operational efficiency by adhering to established workflows and processes

• Qualifications:
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Ability to distinguish between colors accurately
• •High attention to detail and accuracy
• •Ability to follow standardized processes and instructions
• •Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Must be able to pass a drug screening

• Work Environment:
• •Warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels
• •Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• •Required use of Personal Protective Equipment while on the shop floor
• •Exposure to moving equipment and operational activity within the facility
