Sourcing Manager Lead

• This role leads critical supplier risk and materials compliance programs within a strategic sourcing and procurement organization.
• You will shape governance, controls, and processes that strengthen supplier resilience and regulatory readiness.
• The position spans financial risk, ESG and sustainability, sanctions screening, insurance compliance, and material disclosure initiatives.
• You’ll work across procurement, legal, compliance, engineering, quality, sustainability, finance, and operations to resolve complex supplier risks.
• The role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on analysis, reporting, supplier engagement, and continuous improvement.
• It offers an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide sourcing practices while working with external risk partners and diverse supplier networks.
• The position is remote within the United States, with limited travel of approximately 1–20%.
