A strong supplier network and the ability to identify specialist manufacturers and new sourcing opportunities globally.
Experience working closely with design, product development, quality and other cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a good understanding of costing, quality, lead times and supplier performance.
A structured and organized way of working – comfortable managing several projects, suppliers and timelines in parallel, while keeping track of details and follow-ups.
