About the Role:

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for generating high quality leads for luxury real estate projects through various sourcing channels including brokers, channel partners, and direct client networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage lead generation channels (brokers, CPs, referrals, digital)
  • Build a strong network of channel partners and real estate consultants
  • Generate qualified leads in the luxury segment (HNI/UHNI clients)
  • Conduct initial client discussions and requirement mapping
  • Share qualified leads with the closing team for conversion
  • Track lead quality and conversion efficiency

Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales
  • Strong broker/channel partner network in Mumbai
  • Good understanding of luxury real estate market
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
