Location - FoodHub
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef from a strong Restaurant background to lead kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences
Key Requirements
Proven experience in standalone Restaurants / dining setups
Applicant must have a minimum of 4-5 years ‘experience Chef de partie
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Work shifts-weekends and public holidays
Expertise in Menu planning, Food quality and consistency
Ability to Manage teams and drive operational excellence
Creative approach with attention to detail
ideal for chefs who bring innovation leadership and consistency to high-quality restaurant operations
