Wir sind ein mit Herzblut inhabergeführter Familienbetrieb, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und das erste Haus am Platze. 75 Betten, Restaurant gehobener, gutbürgerlicher Küche, mit 120 Sitzplätzen, Gartenterrasse und Banketträumen. Physiotherapiepraxis, großer Garten mit Freischwimmbad und Liegewiese.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir einen

Sous Chef / Chef de Partie (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Führen der Küchenbrigade in Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs
  • Menüplanung
  • Übernahme eines eigenen Postens
  • Azubischulungen etc.

Was erwarten wir:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Koch/Köchin
  • mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Motivation und Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten allen Bewerbern bei Bedarf Logis, ein hervorragendes Betriebsklima, Mitarbeit in einem engagierten Team, faire Arbeitszeiten, 5 Tage Woche mit 39 h, sowie mindestens drei Wochen Sommerurlaub im August. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung per Email an: [email protected]
