Arbeiten Sie in einem 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel direkt im Skigebiet von Galtür und gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit dem Team die Wintersaison 2026/27.

Beginn & Beschäftigungsausmaß

ca. 01.12.2026 bis ca. 15.04.2027 | Vollzeit | 6-Tage-Woche

Tätigkeiten

  • Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts im Halbpensionsbereich sowie à la carte
  • Vorbereitung von Arbeitsabläufen (Mise en place)
  • Zubereitung von Speisen auf dem jeweiligen Posten für à la carte und Halbpensionsbereich
  • Kontrolle und Verwaltung des Warenbestands
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Arbeitsmittel
  • Durchführung turnusmäßiger Reinigungsarbeiten gemäß Hygieneplan
  • Anrichten von Speisen, Menüs und Buffets nach individuellen Kundenwünschen
  • Entwicklung und Erprobung neuer Gerichte
  • Anleitung von Hilfspersonal
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung von Events

Anforderungen

  • Selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Deutschkenntnisse
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Offene Persönlichkeit und entsprechende Umgangsformen
  • Speisen zubereiten (BIS-Kompetenz)
