  • DEINE AUFGABEN:
  • Vertretung des/der Küchenchef_in
  • Herstellung und Zubereitung der Speisen in allen Teilbereichen
  • Erstellung von Menükarten und Kostenkalkulation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef
  • Verantwortungsvoller, sorgsamer Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Gegebenenfalls Schulung der Auszubildenden in der Küche
  • Warenannahme und Warenkontrolle, fachgerechte Lagerung der Waren, monatliche Inventur
  • Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung im Bereich F&B
  • Gewährleistung von Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der Hygienestandards in der Küche, den Kühlhäusern und den Lagerräumen
  • DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
  • Abgeschlossene, berufsspezifische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Sehr gutes Fachwissen sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Motivierende Führungsqualitäten sowie hohe Sozialkompetenzen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • DEINE ARBEITSZEIT:
  • ab 40 Stunden pro Woche
  • 5- oder 6-Tage-Woche
  • die u.a. Lohnangabe bezieht sich auf eine 40-Stunden-Woche
  • DEINE VORTEILE:
  • Monatsbruttogehalt laut Kollektivvertrag, mit der Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
  • 13. und 14. Monatsgehalt (anteilig für die Saison)
