  • Unterstützung des Küchenchefs in allen Bereichen
  • Leitung des Teams bei Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Mise en Place & Organisation
  • Mitarbeit bei Rezeptentwicklung & Saisongerichten
