Das Restaurant & Beisl Gassenhaur ist bislang eine feste Größe auf St. Pauli – doch das soll sich bald ändern. Für unser neues Haus in Winterhude stellen wir derzeit ein herzliches und engagiertes Team zusammen, das mit viel Leidenschaft und Kreativität traditionelle sowie moderne Küche zu einem besonderen Erlebnis macht. Dafür suchen wir eine(n) erfahrene(n) und motivierte(n) Sous-Chef, die(der) nicht nur die kulinarische Qualität auf höchstem Niveau gewährleistet, sondern sich im Team mit Souveränität und organisatorischem Geschick einbringt und unterstützt.

Du kennst die Marke Schmidt vom Hamburger Kiez. Die Schmidt Theater stehen seit Jahrzehnten für erstklassige Unterhaltung mit Haltung – Live-Entertainment, das begeistert, bewegt und Sorgen vergessen lässt. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden schaffen wir täglich unvergessliche Erlebnisse, die Bühne und Gastronomie auf einzigartige Weise verbinden. Jetzt bringen wir dieses besondere Schmidt-Gefühl auch nach Winterhude ins Goldbekhaus!

In unserem Ableger des Gassenhaurs auf dem Kiez erwartet dich ein spannendes Projekt, das Genuss, Atmosphäre und kreative Gastronomie vereint. Werde Teil eines einzigartigen Gesamterlebnisses, das unsere Gäste begeistert und immer wieder zurückkommen lässt.
