Coaching von Frauen und deren Familie im Rahmen des Förderprojektes „Mittendrin … statt außen vor!“ in der Städteregion Aachen.

Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Coaching geflüchteter Frauen und Frauen mit Migrationshintergrund
  • individuelles systemisches Coaching und Unterstützung bei: Kommunikation mit Behörden, Verknüpfung und Integration in bestehende Unterstützungsangebote vor Ort, Aufzeigen von Bildungsperspektiven
  • Unterstützung des Integrationsprozesses der gesamten Familie
  • bedarfsgerechte Vermittlung an zuständige Stellen und Netzwerkpartner
  • Dokumentation der begleiteten Maßnahmen
  • Kontaktaufbau und -pflege zu bestehenden Netzwerkpartnern in der Städteregion Aachen
  • Anforderungsprofil:
  • erfolgreicher Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss, vorzugsweise in Sozialpädagogik/Soziale Arbeit oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges (oder ein anderer, mindestens dem Niveau 6 des deutschen Qualifikationsrahmens zugeordneten formalen Abschluss)
  • mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Führerschein
  • ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz und Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
  • Kontakt- und Einsatzfreude
  • Team-, Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
  • erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich (Sozial) Coaching wären wünschenswert
  • erste Erfahrungen mit der Zielgruppe wären wünschenswert
