IHR PROFIL - Ihre Kompetenz im Fokus

  • Abgeschlossenes sozialpädagogisches oder -wissenschaftliches Studium
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Einzelfallhilfe
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kompetenzfeststellung und Berufswegeplanung
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
  • Führerschein Klasse B

IHRE AUFGABE - Der Mensch im Mittelpunkt

  • Sozialpädagogische Betreuung von Schüler\*innen in Klassen der schulischen Berufsvorbereitung
  • Qualifiziertes Erstgespräch, Feststellung des Förderbedarfs und kontinuierliche Fortschreibung des Förderplans
  • Berufliche Orientierung und Lebensplanung, Praktikumsbegleitung, Unterstützung im Bewerbungsverfahren, Sicherung des Übergangs in Ausbildung/ Berufsvorbereitung
  • Gruppentrainings zur Stärkung sozialer Kompetenzen und Prävention, Krisenintervention
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Schulleitung, Lehrkräften und Kooperationspartnern
  • Dokumentation und Zuarbeit zum Qualitätsmanagement der Fachabteilung, Ergebnissicherung
