ÜBER UNS

Armut und Gesundheit in Deutschland e.V. setzt sich für die medizinische Versorgung und soziale Reintegration von Menschen in prekären Lebenslagen ein. Im Rahmen unseres Beratungsschwerpunkts betreiben wir mit dem Haus Bahar ein Schutz- und Wohnprojekt für FLINTA\* in akuten Notlagen (u. a. Wohnungslosigkeit, Gewalterfahrungen, gesundheitliche Krisen). Hier bietet unser multiprofessionelles Team eine Notschlafstelle sowie eine vertrauliche, psychosoziale Begleitung zur Stabilisierung, Existenzsicherung und Perspektiventwicklung an.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Psychosoziale und sozialadministrative Beratung von FLINTA\*-Personen in akuten Notsituationen
Selbstständige Arbeit im Haus Bahar, Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
Suche und Verwaltung von Wohnraum
Begleitung und Koordination von erforderlichen Behördengängen, Ärzt\*innen- und Krankenhausterminen
Projektbetreuung und -koordination

DAS SOLLTEN SIE MITBRINGEN

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Sozialpädagogik, Soziale Arbeit oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
Führerschein Klasse B und die Bereitschaft mit dem Dienstwagen zu fahren und Bewohner\*innen zu transportieren
Berufserfahrung im Kontext der Betreuung psychisch erkrankter Menschen wünschenswert
Empathie-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
Identifikation mit den Zielen und der Philosophie des Vereins
