  • Wir sind ein junger Träger der stationären Jugendhilfe, der aktuell vor allem im Bereich der unbegleiteten Minderjährigen tätig ist.
  • Mit Standorten in verschiedenen Bezirken von Berlin bieten wir ein außerordentlich abwechslungsreiches, dynamisches und multikulturelles Arbeitsumfeld. Unser Team ist offen für neue Ideen und frische Impulse. Unsere tägliche Arbeit orientiert sich an den Bedarfen der jungen Menschen.

Wir suchen Sozialarbeiter / Sozialpädagogen / Psychologen (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung, bieten aber gerne auch Möglichkeiten für einen optimalen Berufseinstieg.

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Betreuung von unbegleiteten minderjährigen Geflüchteten
  • Planung und Durchführung von gruppenpädagogischen Tätigkeiten
  • Begleitung zu Terminen und Behörden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern und Vormundschaften
  • Gestaltung von Freizeitaktivitäten und Unterstützung bei der Integration

Anforderungen:

  • Engagement und Empathie im Umgang mit jungen Geflüchteten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Dienste zu verschiedenen Zeiten
  • Offenheit für interkulturelle Herausforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Sozialarbeit, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Vergütung:
  • Die Vergütung erfolgt unter Anlehnung an den TVL-SE entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
