Als Arbeitsvermittler suchen wir im Auftrag eines etablierten Trägers eine engagierte/n Sozialarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für eine Senioreneinrichtung in Berlin-Spandau.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Seniorinnen und Senioren sowie deren Angehörigen
  • Förderung der sozialen Teilhabe und Lebensqualität der Bewohner
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegepersonal, Therapeuten und externen Partnern
  • Belegmanagement und Antragswesen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialarbeit / Sozialpädagogik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
