Der SKFM - Sozialdienst Katholischer Frauen und Männer Mettmann e.V. ist ein Fachverband im Deutschen Caritasverband und Mitglied im SkF Gesamtverein e.V. Wir engagieren uns in vielfältigen Tätigkeitsfeldern der sozialen Arbeit für Menschen in seelischer oder existentieller Not - unabhängig von Konfession, Nationalität und Staatsangehörigkeit.

  • suchen wir zum 1. November 2026 eine\*n

Sozialarbeiter\*in / Sozialpädagog\*in (Dipl./BA) (m/w/d)

in Teilzeit (19,50 Std./Woche).

Die Stelle ist unbefristet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung von Betroffenen im „Wohnprojekt nach Gewalterfahrung“
  • Beratung (telefonisch und persönlich)
  • Krisenintervention
  • Psychosoziale Begleitung
  • Unterstützung im Prozess der Verselbstständigung
  • Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Institutionen
  • Akquise von Wohnraum in Form von Schutzwohnungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Einschlägige Zusatzqualifikation gewünscht
  • Selbstständige und verantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse von interkulturellen Kontexten
  • Kompetenzen im Bereich EDV und Verwaltung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
