Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Psychosoziale Beratung und Begleitung Substituierter nach den Anforderungen und Inhalten der Konzeption und Leistungsbeschreibung
  • Aufsuchende Sozialarbeit
  • Enge Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Einrichtungen der AWO
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung in inhaltlichen und konzeptionellen Fragen
  • Evaluation und Begleitung von Prozessen im Qualitätsmanagement

Darüber freuen wir uns

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialarbeit/Sozialpädagogik (B.A./Dipl.)
  • Fähigkeit zum respektvollen und verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit suchtkranken Menschen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse bezüglich den Anforderungen und Inhalten von QM
  • Ein wertschätzendes, offenes Menschenbild
  • Führerschein Klasse B
