Der Sozialdienst kath. Frauen Stolberg (SkF) sucht für die Beratungsstelle zu sofort eine*n Sozialarbeiter*in /Sozialpädagog*in mit ca. 75% Beschäftigungsumfang für die Tätigkeit als Mitarbeiter/in im Team des ambulant betreutem Wohnen für Erwachsene.

Einsatzorte: Stolberg und die Städteregion Aachen.

  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Sozialarbeiter*in/-pädagog*in oder ausgebildete päd. Beruf mit zusätzlicher Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen
  • Rechtliche Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen, die an einer psychischen Erkrankung leiden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Institutionen, Vereinen, Ärzten und Behörden
  • Fachspezifische Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Einsatz des eigenen PKW
