  • eine abgeschlossene (Sozial-/elementar-) pädagogische Ausbildung (BafEp, College, FH usw.)
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln und Arbeiten
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen
  • Kooperations-, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Stabilität, Kontinuität und Ausdauer
  • Beziehungs-, Konflikt- und Konfrontationsbereitschaft
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildung, Supervision
