  • Wir suchen ab dem 01.12.2026 bzw. zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine(n) Sozialpädagogen/ Sozialpädagogin (Abschluss Sozial- Pädagogik (Diplom/ Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss) für unser ambulantes Team.
  • Die ambulanten Familienhilfen SGB VIII konzentrieren sich auf die Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe, Erziehungsbeistand und begleiteter Umgang. Die Beauftragung dieser erfolgt durch das Jugendamt.
  • Neben der Ressourcen aktivierenden Betreuung zählt auch die qualifizierte Eltern- und Familienarbeit, die Mitarbeit bei der Hilfeplanung sowie das Erstellen von Be- richten und die Dokumentation der Arbeit zu den Aufgaben.
  • Wichtig ist uns die Fähigkeit zur offenen Kommunikation im Team, gutes Einfühlungsvermögen in die individuellen Belange und Bedürfnisse unserer Klient:innen, eigenverantwortliches Handeln sowie Strukturieren des Arbeitsalltages, Reflektionsfähigkeit.
  • gerne Zusatzqualifizierungen (in systemischer Familienhilfe, Gesprächsführung, Biografiearbeit usw.)
  • wöchentliche Teambesprechung, regelmäßige Supervision • Weiterbildung gewünscht
  • Arbeitsort Umland Rostock, vornehmlich nordöstlicher LK Rostock bis Bad Doberan
  • Diensthandy/ Dienstrechner
  • Dienstauto
  • 39 Stunden, Teilzeit ist eventuell nach Absprache möglich • Arbeitszeit i.d.R. von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 08:00 und 20:00 Uhr, flexibel gestaltbar Bezahlung nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung gemäß100% TvÖD + entsprechender arbeitsplatztypischen Zuschläge.
