Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

  • Psychosoziale Begleitung und Betreuung von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen mit psychischen Erkrankungen
  • Professionelle Beziehungsgestaltung
  • Bezugsbetreuung
  • Kooperation mit allen Bezugspersonen der Jugendlichen
  • Umgang mit Krisen gemäß der Qualifikation

Womit Sie uns begeistern können:

  • Psychosozialer Grundberuf (Diplom-Sozialpädagog*in, Diplom-Sozialbetreuer*in Behindertenbegleitung o.Ä., Sozialarbeiter*in i. A., o.Ä.)
  • Einschlägige und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit verhaltensauffälligen bzw. psychisch kranken Jugendlichen/jungen Erwachsenen ist von Vorteil
  • Arbeiten im Turnusdienst (Sonn- und Feiertagsdienste, Nachtdienste)
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, gute Reflexions- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Humor und Freude an der Arbeit
  • Führerschein B und gute IT-Kenntnisse

Einreihung in Verwendungsgruppe 7 (laut SWÖ-KV)

Mindestentgelt brutto € 3186,07 für 37 Wochenstunden inkl. SEG-Zulage

zzgl. Abgeltung von Arbeitsbereitschafts-, Sonn-/Feiertags- und Nachtdiensten

Berufserfahrung wird zusätzlich angerechnet
