Für den Fachbereich Kindertagespflege suchen wir ab Oktober eine/n Sozialarbeiter/in / Sozialpädagogen/-pädagogin (m/w/d).

Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeitstelle mit einem Stundenumfang von 15 – 19,5 Wochenstunden im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gewinnung von Interessierten und Information
  • Eignungsfeststellung und fortlaufende Überprüfung
  • Beratung und Begleitung der Kindertagespflegepersonen
  • Fort- und Weiterbildung der Kindertagespflegpersonen
  • Beratung der Eltern und Vermittlung
  • Konfliktberatung und Krisenintervention
  • Qualitätssicherung und Evaluation
  • Gremien- und Lobbyarbeit
  • Datenpflege und Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom/Staatsexamen) der Sozialarbeit/-pädagogik, Kindheitspädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • möglichst Berufserfahrung im Tätigkeitsfeld
  • Fähigkeit zu verantwortlichem, selbständigem Handeln
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • sicherer Umgang mit den Office-Anwendungen Word, Excel, Powerpoint und Outlook
  • Führerschein und die Bereitschaft, den eigenen PKW einzusetzen
  • Identifikation mit den Aufgaben und Zielen des SkF
