  • Für unsere stationären Wohngruppen suchen wir engagierte pädagogische Fachkräfte. In unseren Wohngruppen leben Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene unterschiedlichen Alters und mit unterschiedlichen Unterstützungsbedarfen. Wir bieten ihnen einen verlässlichen Lebensort, begleiten sie in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung und arbeiten gemeinsam mit ihnen und ihren Familien an tragfähigen Perspektiven.
  • Du bringst Einfühlungsvermögen und Beziehungskompetenz mit und hast Freude daran, Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene in ihrer individuellen Entwicklung zu begleiten. Gemeinsam mit einem multiprofessionellen Team gestaltest du den Alltag, bewältigst Herausforderungen und schaffst verlässliche Beziehungen. Nacht- und Wochenenddienste sind Teil deines Arbeitsalltags.
