Für unser Team Pflegefamilien Aachen Land. Im Mittelpunkt unserer Arbeit stehen Leistungen zum Hilfeangebot für Kinder und Jugendliche mit geistiger, körperlicher und/oder Sinnesbeeinträchtigung in Pflegefamilien.

Du berätst, begleitest und unterstützt Kinder und Jugendliche mit verschiedenen Beeinträchtigungen in Pflegefamilien im Rahmen eines Angebot der Eingliederungshilfe.

Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Einfühlungsvermögen, deine Wertschätzung und Anerkennung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Familien und eine Expertise hinsichtlich hinsichtlich Inklusion und Teilhabe aus. Du freust sich auf eine kollegiale Zusammenarbeit im Team und bist engagiert für den Auf- und Ausbau des Arbeitsbereiches. Du verfügst über einen Führerschein.
