Das Soziale Zentrum Dortmund e.V. ist ein lokaler Träger, der Menschen in persönlich schwierigen Lebensphasen fachlich qualifizierte Hilfen und soziale Dienstleistungen in drei Leistungssäulen bietet: Beratungsstelle Westhoffstr. I Drobs Drogenberatung I Wohnen im Sozialen Zentrum. Unsere Arbeit ist geprägt von weltanschaulicher und politischer Neutralität, Toleranz, Offenheit und Pluralität. Wir sind Mitglied im Paritätischen Wohlfahrtsverband Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Wir suchen ab sofort ein/e Sozialarbeiter*in/Sozialpädagog*in/Pädagog*in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit für unser Nacht-Café.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitgestaltung des Nacht-Cafés als Aufenthaltsortes für wohnungslose Menschen mit einer Suchtmittelabhängigkeit von illegalen Substanzen
  • Beziehungsarbeit, Initiierung und Stärkung von Stabilisierungsprozessen, Kriseninvention
  • Schadensminimierung im Rahmen der niedrigschwelligen Drogenhilfe
  • Abmilderung von sozialen Schwierigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung des betrieblichen Ablaufes im Nacht-Café
  • Kooperation mit externen Anbieter*innen sozialer und medizinischer Leistungen, sowie Ämtern und Behörden
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, Supervisionen, Klausuren und Arbeitsgruppen

Ihr Profil:

Staatlich anerkannter Sozialarbeiter*innen/Sozialpädagog*innen oder

abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit oder ähnliche Qualifikation

  • Empathie und Aufgeschlossenheit im Umgang mit den Klient*innen
  • Hohes Maß ein Eigenverantwortung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft in den Nachtstunden, sowie an Feiertagen und Wochenenden zu arbeiten
