  • Sie übernehmen die Fachaufsicht und die konzeptionelle Leitung über 17 Schulsozialarbeiter:innen
  • Sie verantworten das Arbeitsfeld Schulsozialarbeit, evaluieren das Arbeitsfeld und entwickeln es kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie engagieren sich bei Projekten und der Netzwerkarbeit des Stadtjugendreferats und übernehmen die Stellvertretung der Stadtjugendreferentin
  • Sie unterstützen die Begleitung des Jugendgemeinderats in der Geschäftsstelle Jugendgemeinderat
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik.
  • Über Erfahrungen in der Schulsozialarbeit und Kenntnisse im SGB VIII verfügen Sie bereits.
  • Sie sind flexibel in der Arbeitszeit.
  • Belastbarkeit, Entscheidungsfreude und Eigeninitiative runden Ihr Profil ab.
