Das Diakonische Werk in Recklinghausen e.V. ist eine Einrichtung der Evangelischen Kirche mit vielfältigen Angeboten im Bereich der Kinder, Jugend- und Familienhilfe, der Sozialen Hilfen und Beratung sowie der Ambulanten Pflege.   • Studienabschluss im Bereich der Sozialen Arbeit (Diplom, B.A.) oder vergleichbarer akademischer Abschluss

  • Erstellung von Hilfeplänen, Bedarfsermittlung und Dokumentationen
  • Integration in normale Wohn- und Lebensverhältnisse
  • Anleitung von Assistenzkräften/Koordinationsaufgaben
  • Unterstützung beim Wunsch nach Abstinenz
  • Aufnahme und Gestaltung sozialer Beziehungen
